Job Requirements :

- 1-10 years of experience in area management or similar role within the Banking industry.

- Proven track record of achieving sales targets through effective territory management and team leadership.

- Robust understanding of regional markets, including knowledge of local regulations, customs, and cultural nuances.

- Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with customers at all levels.
