Deputy Director / Assistant Director – Placement & Corporate Relations

Location: Kolkata, West Bengal

Experience: 15+ Years

Qualification: Master's Degree in Management / MBA / HR / relevant discipline

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the university's overall placement and corporate relations strategy.
- Manage end-to-end campus placement and recruitment activities.
- Build and strengthen relationships with MNCs, corporates, start-ups and industry leaders.
- Facilitate student training in Aptitude, GD, PI, Communication, Resume Building & Corporate Etiquette.
- Drive campus placements, internships, PPOs and industry projects.
- Develop and execute student employability and career-readiness programs.




- Lead the Placement & Training team and establish measurable KPIs.
- Organize recruitment drives, career fairs, industry interactions and leadership sessions.
- Monitor placement analytics, recruiter engagement and placement outcomes.
- Organize career fairs, workshops and industry interaction programs.
