Role Overview

We are looking for a senior media operations professional to lead process excellence, SOP development, and standardization for India, while partnering closely with LATAM teams to adopt and scale global best practices.

This role will act as a central hub for operational consistency, ensuring that India teams operate with high-quality, standardized, and scalable media processes, aligned with global frameworks but adapted for local market needs.

You will work across Media, Data & Tech, FinOps, and HR, driving transformation from fragmented execution to structured, governance-led operations.

Key Responsibilities

1. SOP Development for India (with Global Alignment)

- Design and document India-specific SOPs across:
- Campaign setup, QA, optimization, and reporting
- Localize global SOPs to:
- Platform nuances in India
- Client-specific requirements
- Build modular SOP frameworks that:
- Align with global standards
- Are adaptable across Indian clients and teams

2. LATAM Integration & Best Practice Adoption

- Partner with LATAM teams to:
- Identify proven SOPs and governance models
- Evaluate applicability for India market
- Adapt and implement LATAM best practices in India:
- QA frameworks
- Taxonomy structures
- Automation approaches
- Enable two-way knowledge exchange:
- Export India innovations back to LATAM/global teams

3. Standardization & Governance (India Focus)

- Establish and enforce:
- Naming conventions
- Campaign taxonomies
- Data standards across Indian teams
- Define governance layers:
- QA checkpoints
- Approval workflows
- Escalation protocols
- Ensure consistency across:
- Multiple agencies / business units
- High-volume campaign environments

4. Data & Technology Alignment

- Work with Data & Tech teams to:
- Align campaign setup with reporting and attribution frameworks




- Ensure data consistency across platforms and reporting tools
- Define:
- India-specific taxonomy extensions
- Data dictionary aligned with global standards
- Enable clean, scalable data pipelines for reporting

5. FinOps Integration (India Market Realities)

- Partner with Finance teams to:
- Embed financial controls within media workflows
- Standardize processes for:
- Budget allocation and pacing
- Margin application
- Billing and reconciliation
- Address India-specific complexities:
- Multi-client, multi-budget environments
- High campaign volume and tight turnaround timelines

6. HR & Capability Building (India Teams)

- Work with HR/L&D; to:
- Build structured onboarding for SOP adoption
- Define role-based process responsibilities
- Develop:
- Training modules for media teams
- SOP compliance frameworks
- Upskill teams on:
- QA processes
- Data discipline
- Platform best practices

7. QA Framework & Automation

- Design India-specific QA frameworks combining:
- Manual checks
- Automated validation
- Translate SOPs into:
- Rule-based systems (alerts, triggers, blockers)
- Ensure balance between:
- Operational speed (critical in India)
- Error prevention

8. Cross-Functional & Regional Collaboration

- Act as a bridge between:
- India media teams
- LATAM teams
- Global stakeholders
- Collaborate across:
- Media (Programmatic, Social, Search)
- Data & Analytics
- Martech / Engineering
- Finance (FinOps)
- HR / L&D;

9. Continuous Improvement & Transformation





- Audit India workflows and identify:
- Inefficiencies
- Error-prone processes
- Track:
- Error rates
- SOP adherence
- Campaign efficiency
- Continuously refine processes using:
- LATAM benchmarks
- India market feedback
- Platform changes

Key Deliverables

- India SOP repository aligned with global standards
- Standard taxonomy & data dictionary (India + global alignment)
- QA frameworks and rule libraries (including automation)
- Financial governance SOPs tailored for India
- Training programs for India teams
- LATAM–India best practice exchange playbooks
- Process performance dashboards (quality, efficiency, compliance)

Required Skills & Experience

Core Experience

- 10–12+ years in digital/media operations
- Strong experience across:
- Programmatic
- Paid Social
- Search

India Market Expertise

- Deep understanding of:
- High-volume campaign execution
- Fast turnaround environments
- Multi-client agency structures

Process & Transformation Skills

- Proven track record in:
- SOP creation
- Process standardization
- Operating model design

Data, Tech & FinOps Understanding

- Knowledge of:
- Data taxonomies and reporting structures
- Financial workflows in media operations

Stakeholder & Leadership Skills

- Solid communication and documentation skills
- Ability to influence cross-functional teams
- Experience managing ambiguity and driving change

Success Metrics (KPIs)

- Reduction in campaign setup errors across India teams
- SOP adoption and compliance rates
- Improved taxonomy consistency and reporting accuracy
- Reduction in financial discrepancies and rework
- Efficiency gains in campaign execution timelines
