Qualification: B.E/B.Tech (Mechanical)
CTC: Up to 13 LPA
Industry Preference: Clutch, Actuator, Bearing or Automotive Component Industry
Key Responsibilities
- Manage Press Shop operations and ensure smooth production, quality, and productivity.
- Lead die maintenance, repair, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance activities.
- Ensure dies, presses, and related equipment are available and reliable for production.
- Drive process improvement, cost reduction, and productivity enhancement initiatives.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, Tool Room, and Maintenance teams.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and maintenance standards.
- Lead and develop the press shop and die maintenance team.
Key Skills
- Robust knowledge of Press Shop operations and Die Maintenance.
- Hands-on experience in press tools, dies, breakdown analysis, and preventive maintenance.
- Good understanding of automotive component manufacturing processes.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and team-management skills.
