Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and technically competent Assistant Civil Project Manager to support the planning, coordination, execution, and monitoring of building construction projects. The ideal candidate should have good site experience, technical knowledge, and the ability to coordinate effectively with project teams, consultants, subcontractors, and vendors.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist the Project Manager in planning, executing, and monitoring construction activities.
- Supervise daily site operations and ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings and specifications.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
- Monitor labour, materials, machinery, productivity, and subcontractor performance.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, MEP teams, subcontractors, and vendors.
- Review construction drawings, BOQs, specifications, and method statements.
- Assist with measurements, running account bills, quantity verification, variations, and extra-item documentation.
- Identify site issues, delays, and technical conflicts and report them to the Project Manager.
- Ensure compliance with quality-control procedures and site safety requirements.
- Participate in progress meetings and maintain proper project records.
- Support testing, commissioning,



snag rectification, handover, and project close-out activities.

Candidate Requirements
- B.Tech/B.E. or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in building construction.
- Experience in hospitals, institutional buildings, basements, high-rise buildings, or government projects will be an advantage.
- Good knowledge of RCC, masonry, finishing works, MEP coordination, quantity surveying, and billing.
- Ability to read and interpret drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications.
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Excel, and MS Project or Primavera.
- Good communication, coordination, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work at project sites across Kerala.
