Position: Asset Coordinator

Education: Graduate

Salary : 32K CTC

Working days: 6 days

Timings: 9am to 6pm

Location: Gurgaon

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and track IT hardware and software assets using the HMCL tool.

- Maintain asset details such as user, configuration, serial number, asset code, warranty, vendor, and AMC.

- Manage software licenses, renewals, and compliance.

- Conduct physical asset verification and maintain IT inventory across locations.

- Track asset allocation, movement, installation, and IMAC activities.

- Monitor warranties, repairs, preventive checks, and vendor issues.

- Check stock availability and raise procurement requests when required.

- Maintain laptop, printer, and peripheral user information and tagging.

- Track inward/outward movement of IT assets, spares, and equipment as per HMCL policies.

- Provide asset utilization and monthly status reports.
