Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Assembly Line Supervisor with 2–3 years of experience in a manufacturing/assembly environment. The candidate should have good knowledge of assembly line operations, manpower handling, production planning, quality control, target achievement, and Daily MIS reporting.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and manage day-to-day activities of the assembly line.
- Allocate work to workers and ensure optimum utilization of manpower.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly production targets.
- Monitor the assembly process as per SOP and work instructions.
- Ensure product quality and minimize rejection, rework, and wastage.
- Identify production issues and take timely corrective action.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, Stores, and HR departments.
- Ensure availability of materials, components, tools, and equipment.
- Monitor worker attendance, discipline, productivity, and performance.
- Train and guide workers on assembly processes, quality requirements, and safety procedures.
- Ensure proper implementation of 5S, housekeeping, safety, and PPE requirements.
- Monitor machine/tool breakdowns and coordinate with Maintenance for quick resolution.
- Prepare and submit Daily MIS / Production MIS reports covering:
- Daily production vs. target
- Manpower and attendance
- Productivity
- Rejection and rework




- Material consumption/shortage
- Machine downtime
- Line efficiency
- Pending production and major issues
- Maintain accurate production and manpower records in MS Excel / Google Sheets.
- Share daily production status and major issues with management.
- Monitor line efficiency and productivity and suggest process improvements.
- Ensure safe working practices and compliance with company policies.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2–3 years of experience as an Assembly Line Supervisor / Production Supervisor.
- Good knowledge of assembly line operations and manufacturing processes.
- Good manpower handling and team management skills.
- Good knowledge of Daily MIS and Production Reporting.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
- Ability to achieve production targets under pressure.
- Knowledge of quality control, rejection, rework, and productivity improvement.
- Good communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work in shifts, if required.

Preferred Candidate Candidate should be responsible, disciplined, target-oriented, and capable of independently handling an assembly line, team of workers, production targets, and daily MIS reporting.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹33,000.00 per month
