Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end execution of asphalt and road construction projects.
- Plan and supervise taking levels, DBM, BC, WMM, GSB, tack coat and other bituminous works.
- Coordinate hot mix plant, paver, rollers, transport, manpower, and other equipment.
- Ensure work is executed as per MORTH/IRC specifications, drawings, and quality standards.
- Monitor daily productivity, material consumption, equipment utilization, and project costs.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, vendors, and site teams.
- Ensure timely completion of project milestones and maintain project schedules.
- Identify and resolve technical and site-related issues.
- Ensure compliance with HSE and site safety requirements.




- Prepare and review daily/weekly progress and project reports.

Requirements

- Solid hands-on experience in asphalt paving and highway/road projects.
- Good knowledge of asphalt plant and paving machinery.
- Experience in managing large site teams and multiple resources.
- Strong leadership, planning, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of project costing, quantities, and productivity will be an advantage.
- Willingness to work at project sites and travel as required.

Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
