We are looking for an experienced Mathematics Teacher with solid expertise in Cambridge International AS & A Level Mathematics to join our online teaching team.
The ideal candidate should have proven experience teaching higher-grade students and be confident in preparing students for AS & A Level examinations, including concept building, problem-solving, exam techniques, and past-paper practice.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct engaging group online Mathematics classes for AS & A Level students.
- Teach Cambridge AS & A Level Mathematics concepts with strong conceptual clarity.
- Prepare students for school examinations and Cambridge International examinations.
- Provide regular practice using past papers, exam-style questions, and topic-wise assessments.
- Track student progress and identify areas requiring improvement.
- Provide constructive feedback to students and parents.
- Complete syllabus coverage according to the planned academic schedule.
- Maintain regular communication and updates with parents/coordinators.
- Prepare and share relevant homework, assignments, and practice material.
- Ensure classes are interactive, structured, and focused on student outcomes.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mathematics / Applied Mathematics / related field.
- Minimum 3 years of teaching experience in AS & A Level Mathematics.
- Strong knowledge of Cambridge International AS & A Level Mathematics syllabus.
- Experience teaching students in international curricula is preferred.
- Strong command over advanced Mathematics and problem-solving.
- Experience with past-paper-based preparation and examination strategies.
- Excellent online teaching and communication skills.
- Comfortable teaching students independently in a virtual classroom.
- Good understanding of student assessment and academic progress tracking.
