We’re Hiring: Artist Manager & Executive Assistant For a Devotional Music Singer

We’re looking for a sharp, self-driven professional who can serve as the artist’s single point of contact and take complete ownership of coordination, communication and execution.

What you’ll own:

→ Single Point of Contact: Manage all communication with external teams, vendors, promoters, press and collaborators.

→ Calendar Ownership: Own and manage the master schedule across appointments, shoots, recording sessions, concerts, interviews and travel.

→ External Team Coordination: Coordinate and quality-check the work of social media, PR, photography and content teams. Ensure timely reporting and track progress.

→ Opportunity & Concert Scouting: Identify concerts, collaborations and other opportunities aligned with the devotional singer’s stature, music and image. Negotiate terms with relevant parties.

→ Event Coordination: Liaise with promoters and event managers on artist riders, stage plans, show-day logistics, shoot plans and content delivery.

→ Marketing & Brand Consistency: Oversee marketing campaigns and the content calendar. Maintain consistent artist positioning across platforms, flag inconsistencies and contribute ideas through peer review.





→ Media & Press Liaison: Coordinate interviews, prepare talking points and track media coverage.

→ Archive Management: Maintain a centralized and securely backed-up digital archive of the artist’s content, documents, contracts, photographs, videos and press kits.

→ Research & Due Diligence: Track music industry and platform trends and conduct due diligence on new partners, collaborators and venues.

→ Confidentiality: Maintain strict confidentiality regarding projects, partners, concepts, ideas and all other work-related information.

You are:

→ Experienced in artist or talent management, executive assistance, music, media or entertainment

→ Exceptionally organized, calm under pressure and highly discreet

→ A robust communicator who takes ownership without being chased

→ Confident in coordination and commercial negotiations

→ Comfortable using digital and AI tools to work faster and smarter
