Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and deploy Generative AI solutions leveraging OpenAI and Azure OpenAI services.

- Build and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines using vector databases and embedding models.

- Engineer effective prompts and AI workflows to improve response quality, accuracy, and user experience.

- Develop AI-powered applications utilizing Large Language Models (LLMs) for enterprise use cases.

- Implement and manage Agentic AI systems capable of reasoning, planning, and autonomous task execution.

- Integrate AI agents with enterprise tools, APIs, and business applications through tool/function calling.

- Build multi-agent and multi-step workflow orchestration solutions.

- Develop scalable backend services using Python and AI/ML best practices.

- Fine-tune foundation models and evaluate model performance across different use cases.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders, data scientists, architects, and engineering teams to deliver AI-driven solutions.

- Monitor, test, and optimize AI systems for performance, scalability, security, and governance.

- Stay updated with the latest advancements in Generative AI, AI agents, and emerging frameworks.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or related field.

- 4+ years of software development experience with at least 2+ years in Generative AI solutions.

- Experience deploying AI solutions on Azure Cloud.

- Solid understanding of machine learning, NLP, transformer architectures, and LLM evaluation techniques.

- Experience working with vector databases such as Pinecone, Weaviate, Chroma, FAISS, or Azure AI Search.

- Knowledge of responsible AI, AI governance, security, and compliance practices.

- Experience building enterprise chatbots, copilots, AI assistants, or autonomous agent platforms
