- Develop and productionize AI/ML models using strong software engineering practices.
- Expert-level Python programming with strong Data Structures, Algorithms, OOP, and design patterns.
- Strong understanding of Machine Learning fundamentals, statistics, probability, and optimization.
- Hands-on experience with Deep Learning, neural networks, CNNs, RNNs/LSTMs, and Transformers.
- Robust understanding of LLM architecture, attention mechanisms, tokenization, embeddings, and inference.
- Experience with PyTorch and/or TensorFlow and model training pipelines.
- Develop, fine-tune, evaluate, and optimize AI/ML and Generative AI models.
- Hands-on experience with RAG, vector databases, semantic search, and embedding models.
- Strong knowledge of model evaluation, hyperparameter tuning, overfitting,



and performance optimization.
- Build scalable AI services and integrate models into production applications using REST APIs/FastAPI.
- Experience with Docker, Git, CI/CD, cloud platforms, and ML deployment.
- Ability to optimize models for accuracy, latency, memory, and inference cost.
- Strong debugging, analytical, problem-solving, and system-design skills.
- 5+ years of relevant AI/ML/software development experience preferred.
