Role Description The Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning Engineer will design, build, and deploy AI/ML models that power CloudSoft Technology’s digital products and client solutions.

Responsibilities include researching and implementing algorithms, developing and training neural network models, performing statistical analysis, and optimizing systems for performance and scalability. The engineer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate models into production environments, contribute to architectural decisions, and maintain high standards of code quality and documentation.



Daily tasks also involve data preprocessing, feature engineering, model evaluation, and continuous improvement of existing AI/ML pipelines.

This is a full-time remote role, with regular collaboration across distributed teams and clients in different regions.

Qualifications

- Solid foundational knowledge in Computer Science and Algorithms, with the ability to design efficient, scalable solutions.
- Proficiency in Neural Networks and Pattern Recognition, including experience building and training deep learning models.
- Solid understanding of Statistics, including experimental design, hypothesis testing, and model evaluation metrics.
- Hands-on experience with common AI/ML frameworks and tools (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, Keras).
- Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, Java, or C++, and familiarity with software engineering best practices.
- Experience working with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) for deploying and scaling machine learning solutions.
- Ability to work effectively in remote, agile teams, with clear communication and collaborative problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience in building production-grade ML systems, MLOps practices, and model monitoring is highly beneficial.
- Background in digital products, enterprise applications, or distributed systems is a plus.
