Role Description The Article Trainee will support audit, tax, and advisory engagements under the guidance of senior team members in a full-time, on-site role based in Noida. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting in statutory and internal audits, preparing working papers, and helping document findings and recommendations. The role involves supporting tax compliance and filings, performing basic research on accounting and tax standards, and contributing to financial analysis and reports.

Trainee will also help maintain accurate client records, participate in client meetings as needed, and adhere to professional and ethical standards.



Training and mentorship will be provided to build practical skills and professional competence.

Qualifications

- Foundational knowledge of accounting principles, auditing standards, and basic taxation concepts, typically supported by enrollment in or completion of CA or a related professional course.
- Ability to work with financial statements, prepare schedules, and perform reconciliations with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Comfort with MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and willingness to learn relevant audit and tax software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to interpret data and identify variances or irregularities.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills for preparing documentation and interacting with team members and clients.
- Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple assignments and meet deadlines in a structured environment.
- Demonstrated integrity, professional conduct, and a willingness to learn and take feedback in a team-based setting.
- Preference for candidates pursuing Chartered Accountancy or a similar professional qualification; prior internship experience in audit or finance is an advantage.
