- Manage and supervise the day-to-day operations of multiple bakery/store outlets within the assigned area.

- Monitor sales, revenue, targets, expenses, and overall outlet performance.

- Conduct regular outlet visits and maintain operational standards.

- Ensure proper implementation of SOPs, company policies, hygiene, food safety, and customer service standards.

- Coordinate with Store Managers and provide guidance, training, and performance feedback.

- Conduct regular audits of stores and identify operational gaps.

- Coordinate with HR, Accounts, Purchase, Production, Marketing, and Operations teams for smooth functioning.

- Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.

- Analyse outlet-wise performance and prepare regular reports for management.





- Support new store openings and ensure operational readiness of current outlets.

- Identify opportunities to improve sales, reduce costs, and increase profitability.

- Take corrective action for underperforming outlets and monitor improvement plans.

- Ensure proper implementation of promotional campaigns and marketing activities at stores.

- Maintain strong coordination with Store Managers and ensure accountability for outlet performance.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
