SBI General Insurance is looking for an experienced Area Sales Training Manager for the Mumbai Circle, covering Mumbai & Goa.
Location: Bandra Kurla Complex (BKC), Mumbai
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct Product & Process Training for company employees and intermediaries
- Train and support bankers, agents, brokers and dealers
- Drive product knowledge, process understanding and capability development across the circle
- Partner with sales and business teams to strengthen training effectiveness
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- 8-12 years of overall work experience
- Solid and detailed knowledge of General Insurance products
- Candidates with a Training / Learning & Development background preferred
- Experience in training employees and insurance intermediaries will be an advantage
- Graduate in any discipline minimum qualification
- Excellent communication, presentation and facilitation skills
