? Qualification: Any Bachelor’s Degree

⭐ Key Responsibilities:

✅ Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers.

✅ Drive sales and achieve targets in the assigned territory.

✅ Conduct customer meetings, seminars, and product presentations.

✅ Identify recent business opportunities and generate leads.

✅ Manage, train, and motivate the sales team.

✅ Monitor team performance and prepare sales reports.

✅ Handle customer visits, negotiations, and deal closures.

✅ Develop and manage customer frequency/visit plans.

✅ Candidates from Steel /Metallurgical Industry preferred

✅ Should have led the team of 4 to 5 people.
