Roles and Responsibilities

- Manage daily operations of retail stores, ensuring efficient store management, customer satisfaction, and sales growth.

- Oversee franchise operations including COCO & FOFO (Company Owned, Company Operated, and Franchise Owned, Franchise Operated)

- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures for all areas under operation.

- Develop strategies to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance overall performance.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business results.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 6+ years of experience in Retail Operations or related field.

- Robust understanding of company-owned stores' operations and franchise operations.

- Proven track record in managing multiple locations simultaneously.

- Excellent leadership skills with ability to motivate team members towards achieving goals.
