We’re looking for a hands-on Area Manager to oversee daily operations across our Delhi outlets and help our store teams perform consistently.
Your responsibilities
- Visit outlets regularly and ensure operational readiness.
- Manage staff attendance, shift planning, training and accountability.
- Maintain hygiene, recipe consistency and customer-service standards.
- Monitor inventory, procurement requirements, stock discrepancies and wastage.
- Review outlet sales and take practical steps to improve performance.
- Ensure daily checklists and reports are completed accurately.
- Resolve operational issues and follow through until they are closed.
Who should apply
- Preferably 3+ years of café, QSR or restaurant experience, including team management.
- Solid store managers ready for a multi-outlet role are welcome.
- Comfortable with POS systems, basic Google Sheets and daily reporting.
- Willing to travel regularly between Delhi outlets.
