About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Area Delight Manager (ADM)



to join our operations team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in the QSR industry and proven experience managing multiple stores, driving operational excellence, team performance, customer delight, and business profitability.

The candidate will be responsible for overseeing 4-5+ stores, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations while consistently achieving business, operational, and customer experience targets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and oversee the operations of 4-5+ QSR stores across the assigned area.
- Drive store-level sales, profitability, productivity, and operational KPIs.
- Ensure adherence to company SOPs, food safety, hygiene, quality, and compliance standards.
- Monitor store performance and identify opportunities to improve sales and operational efficiency.
- Coach, mentor, and develop Store Managers and frontline teams.
- Ensure adequate staffing, manpower planning, attendance, and employee productivity across stores.
- Conduct regular store visits and audits to identify gaps and implement corrective actions.
- Drive customer satisfaction and ensure a consistently high-quality customer experience.
- Monitor key metrics such as sales, food cost, wastage, labour cost, order accuracy, customer complaints, and store productivity.




- Work closely with central/support functions such as HR, Supply Chain, Training, Finance, and Business teams.
- Manage inventory, stock availability, wastage, and operational costs.
- Ensure timely execution of new initiatives, promotions, and business processes at the store level.
- Analyse store-level data and prepare action plans to improve performance.
- Handle operational escalations and resolve issues effectively.
- Build a strong performance-oriented culture across the assigned stores.

Skills/Requirements:

- 2+ years of experience as an Area Delight Manager / Area Manager in the QSR or food-service industry.
- Proven experience managing at least 4-5 stores simultaneously.
- Strong understanding of QSR store operations and multi-unit management.
- Experience in managing Store Managers and large frontline teams.
- Strong exposure to sales, profitability, manpower, inventory, food safety, and customer experience metrics.
- Fluency in Telugu is mandatory.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
- Willingness to travel between stores within Hyderabad.
