- B.Arch / M.Arch or equivalent qualification in Architecture.
- Candidates with relevant architectural design and project experience are preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in developing architectural concepts, layouts, plans, elevations and sections.
- Prepare detailed 2D architectural and working drawings.
- Develop 3D models, renders and design presentations.
- Assist Senior Architects in design development and project documentation.
- Coordinate with structural, MEP, interior and other consultants.
- Participate in site visits, measurements and project inspections.
- Support preparation of construction drawings, material specifications and documentation.
- Make drawing revisions based on client, architect and site requirements.
- Maintain accurate project files, drawings and documentation.
- Ensure drawings and deliverables are completed within project timelines.
Required Skills
- Robust knowledge of AutoCAD.
- Working knowledge of SketchUp / Revit / Lumion / Enscape will be an advantage.
- Good understanding of architectural drawings and construction details.
- Basic knowledge of building materials and construction processes.
- Good design, visualization and presentation skills.
- Strong communication, coordination and teamwork abilities.
- Attention to detail and willingness to learn.
Ideal Candidate
- Minimum 1 year relevant experience in Architecture / Architectural Design.
- Candidates who can independently handle basic drawings and documentation will be preferred.

Compensation
CTC: Up to 6 LPA
