The Architectural Intern will support the design team in developing architectural concepts, drawings, and documentation for a variety of project types, including residential, commercial, and coworking spaces.

Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting with preparation of design presentations, CAD/BIM drawings, 3D models, and visualizations, as well as contributing to material selection,



basic detailing, and layout planning. The intern will participate in site visits, measurements, and coordination with consultants and vendors, while helping maintain project documentation and ensuring design intent is accurately translated into execution. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Nagpur, requiring close collaboration with the core team and adherence to studio workflows and quality standards.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Architecture and Architectural Design, with the ability to support concept development and detailed drawings.
- Effective Communication skills, including clear visual and written presentation of ideas and the ability to collaborate with project stakeholders.
- Proficiency in architectural software such as AutoCAD and Revit; familiarity with 3D modeling and visualization tools (e.g., SketchUp, Enscape, or similar) is an advantage.
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Architecture (B.Arch or equivalent) from a recognized institution.
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and ability to work in an organized, methodical manner in an on-site studio environment.
