Role

We are looking for a skilled Architectural Draftsman to join our design team and work on large-scale urban development, architectural, and experimental projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare detailed architectural plans, elevations, sections, working drawings, and construction details.
- Develop accurate and detailed AutoCAD drawings and project documentation.
- Create 3D models and presentations using SketchUp.
- Assist in design development from concept through detailed design and execution stages.
- Conduct site visits and coordinate with site teams, consultants, and contractors.
- Prepare site-visit documentation, observations, measurements, photographs, and action points.
- Track project progress and provide regular updates and reports to the Reporting Manager.
- Prepare detailed project and status reports covering progress, observations, issues, pending works, and

required actions.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, and project teams to resolve design and execution-related issues.
- Maintain drawing standards, accuracy,



and timely project deliverables.

Requirements
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in architectural drafting/documentation.
- Excellent command of AutoCAD and architectural detailing.
- Good working knowledge of SketchUp.
- Revit knowledge will be an added advantage.
- Strong understanding of architectural drawings, construction details, materials, and building components.
- Positive presentation, visualization, communication, and reporting skills.
- Ability to understand and execute complex architectural designs with minimal supervision.
- Experience with large-scale projects, urban development, or experimental/innovative projects will be

preferred. Ideal Candidate: Detail-oriented, technically strong, design-sensitive, and capable of handling drawings,

site coordination, documentation, and project reporting in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment.
