Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and technically strong Architect Designer to join our Design team. The role will involve designing and developing residential and high-rise projects, translating project requirements into functional, aesthetically solid and commercially viable architectural solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop concept designs, schematic designs and detailed architectural designs for residential and high-rise projects.

- Prepare and review plans, elevations, sections, layouts and architectural drawings.

- Coordinate with structural, MEP, landscape, interiors and other consultants to ensure design integration.

- Ensure designs comply with applicable building codes, development regulations and project requirements.

- Support the design development process from concept to execution, ensuring alignment with approved design intent.

- Review architectural drawings, design details and consultant submissions for accuracy and constructability.

- Work closely with project, engineering and execution teams to resolve design-related issues.

- Participate in design reviews, presentations and stakeholder discussions.

- Incorporate market trends, functionality, customer requirements and project positioning into design solutions.

- Ensure timely delivery of design drawings and documentation as per project milestones.





- Identify opportunities to improve design efficiency, cost optimisation and project quality.

Required Skills & Competencies

- Strong knowledge of residential architecture and high-rise design.

- Good understanding of planning, space utilisation, building regulations and construction processes.

- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit and/or other architectural design software.

- Strong design development and architectural detailing skills.

- Ability to coordinate effectively with consultants and cross-functional teams.

- Valuable communication, presentation and stakeholder-management skills.

- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects/milestones.

- Understanding of design feasibility, constructability and cost considerations.

Preferred Profile

- Bachelors degree in Architecture (B.Arch.) from a recognised institution.

- 4-8 years of relevant experience in architectural design, preferably with a real-estate developer/architectural consultancy.

- Experience in residential developments, high-rise towers and large-scale housing projects will be preferred.

- Candidates with experience handling projects from concept/design development through execution will be an advantage.
