Role & responsibilities

- Develop and coordinate architectural and interior design concepts based on project requirements.
- Prepare and review plans, elevations, sections, working drawings, and detailed drawings.
- Ensure drawings are accurate, coordinated, and suitable for site execution.
- Develop design details, material specifications, and finish details.
- Identify and resolve design and execution-related issues at site.
- Coordinate with structural, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and other consultants.
- Review shop drawings and contractor drawings and provide necessary comments/approvals.
- Track project progress and coordinate with the team to ensure timelines and deliverables are met.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, drawing revisions, and approvals.
- Ensure proper coordination between design, drawings, procurement, and site execution.





Preferred candidate profile The ideal candidate should be someone who can take ownership of a project rather than only prepare drawings. They should have a strong understanding of the relationship between design, drawings, materials, and actual site execution, and be confident in coordinating with contractors, vendors, consultants, and clients.

A proactive, organised, detail-oriented individual who can identify issues early and find practical solutions will be preferred.
