Role Description The Architect will work on full-time, on-site projects based in Ahmedabad, collaborating with the design team to develop architectural concepts from initial brief through to detailed plans. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing drawings and 3D models, coordinating with interior designers, engineers, and consultants, and ensuring designs comply with local codes, standards, and client requirements.

The role involves managing project documentation, supporting site supervision, and resolving design and technical issues that arise during construction.



The Architect will participate in client meetings, contribute to design presentations, and help maintain project timelines and quality standards across multiple concurrent projects.

Qualifications

- Solid foundation in Architecture and Architectural Design, with the ability to translate client needs into clear, buildable concepts.
- Experience with Integration between architectural plans and interior, structural, and MEP systems to ensure cohesive project execution.
- Comfort working with design and documentation software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar tools) and readiness to learn new platforms as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Architecture or a closely related field, with relevant professional experience in architectural design.
- Knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and construction practices in Ahmedabad or comparable urban environments.
- Attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and commitment to sustainable and user-focused design principles.
