Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Architect to support the design, planning, and execution of residential and/or commercial real estate projects in Mumbai. The role involves coordination with senior architects, consultants, and site teams to ensure timely and compliant project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

· Assisting in planning and architectural designing for residential / commercial projects

· Supporting project execution through regular site visits and design clarifications

· Supporting submissions to local authorities (BMC, MHADA, MMRDA, etc.)

· Working knowledge of DCPR 2034 and ensuring design compliance

· Assisting senior architects in authority submissions and approvals

· Preparing layout plans, working drawings, and as-built drawings

· Coordination with consultants, liaison teams, and site engineers

· Assisting in site visits, inspections, and execution coordination





· Preparing and coordinating drawings for AutoDCR submission

· Coordinating with structural, MEP, and other consultants

· Maintaining drawing records and revisions appropriately

· Supporting senior architects in project documentation

· Preparing working drawings and revisions as required

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch.)

· 3 to 5years of experience in real estate or architectural firms

· Proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory)

· Working knowledge of Sketch Up, Revit, or similar tools preferred

· Basic understanding of Mumbai DCPR and approval processes

· Good coordination and communication skills

· Willingness to travel to sites across Mumbai

· Experience with residential or mixed-use developments

· Exposure to liaising with authorities and consultants

· Ability to work under deadlines and handle multiple projects
