Company Description NURA – Sustained Health with Active-AI Screening – is a collaboration between Fujifilm Healthcare and Dr Kutty’s Healthcare, combining AI-enabled imaging with specialist medical expertise. The organization focuses on regular health screening programs designed to detect cancers and lifestyle diseases in asymptomatic individuals at an early and more treatable stage.

NURA operates dedicated screening centers across India, including locations in Bengaluru, Gurugram, Mumbai, Hyderabad, Calicut, and Chennai, offering accessible preventive healthcare services.

Role Description This is a full-time, in office Architect role based at the NURA center in Kozhikode (Calicut). The Architect will oversee the design, planning, and optimization of center infrastructure and workflows, ensuring that physical spaces support AI-enabled imaging, screening processes, and patient flows efficiently.

Responsibilities include developing architectural concepts, preparing plans and specifications, coordinating with engineering and construction teams, and ensuring compliance with healthcare design standards and local regulations. The role involves close collaboration with clinical, operations, and technology teams to integrate equipment, software systems,



and safety requirements into cohesive facility designs. The Architect will also participate in project scheduling, cost estimation, and quality assurance throughout the design and build lifecycle.

Qualifications

- Strong expertise in Architecture and Architectural Design for healthcare or similar high-compliance environments.
- Experience with Integration of equipment, workflows, and facilities, including coordination with engineering and technology teams.
- Understanding of Software Development and systems architecture sufficient to align facility design with AI-enabled imaging and digital workflows.
- Demonstrated Project Management skills, including planning, stakeholder coordination, and delivery within budget and timelines.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution; professional licensure/registration is preferred.
- Knowledge of healthcare facility design standards, safety codes, and local building regulations.
- Proficiency with architectural design and visualization tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, BIM or similar platforms).
- Ability to collaborate in multidisciplinary teams, communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders, and adapt to evolving project needs.
- Experience in designing diagnostic centers, hospitals, or clinical environments is an advantage.
