Maity Innovations Private Limited is looking for a talented and experienced Architect to join our team.
Location: Durgapur, West Bengal
Experience: 2–5 Years
Salary: As per experience and industry standards
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare architectural designs, plans, and layouts
- Develop working drawings and detailed construction drawings
- Coordinate with engineering and project teams
- Ensure designs comply with applicable building codes and regulations
- Visit project sites and monitor work progress
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders
Required Skills
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and architectural design software
- Good knowledge of building planning and construction
- Strong design and visualization skills
- Good communication and coordination abilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
