WE ARE HIRING | ARCHITECT INTERIOR DESIGNER PROJECT MANAGER

Location: Karnal & Gurgaon, Haryana

Position: Full-Time | Long-Term Opportunity

We are looking for a dynamic Architect / Interior Designer cum Project Manager who wants to go beyond drawings and design and become an integral part of a growing design & project-management company.

This is an opportunity for someone who wants to learn, take responsibility, interact directly with clients, manage projects, and grow with the organisation.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Develop architectural, interior and space-planning concepts
- Prepare and coordinate working drawings, detailed drawings and presentations
- Develop interior design concepts, material selections, furniture layouts and specifications
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, vendors and site teams
- Conduct regular site visits and monitor execution as per approved drawings and design intent
- Take responsibility for project planning, coordination, timelines and quality
- Understand project budgets, BOQs, material costs and basic commercial aspects
- Handle day-to-day communication with clients and understand their requirements
- Attend client meetings and confidently present design concepts and project updates
- Coordinate revisions, approvals and execution-related decisions
- Identify site issues and provide practical design and execution solutions
- Manage multiple projects and ensure timely delivery
- Develop strong relationships with clients, contractors and vendors
- Assist in business development through professional client interaction and project networking
- Take ownership of projects from concept → design → drawings → execution → handover

RELOCATION The candidate should be willing to relocate/work between our Karnal and Gurgaon offices and project sites, as required by the company.

Experience: 2–7 years preferred
