Role Description The Architect at Five storey will work full time on-site in Noida, contributing to the design and delivery of residential and commercial projects. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing architectural concepts, preparing drawings and 3D models, coordinating with consultants, and ensuring design compliance with local regulations and building codes. The role involves collaborating with project teams on space planning, materials selection, and detailing, while supporting project management activities such as timelines, documentation, and client presentations.

The Architect will participate in site visits to review construction progress,



address design queries, and help maintain quality and consistency from concept through completion.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Architecture and Architectural Design, with experience in residential and commercial projects.
- Ability to manage Integration between design, structural, MEP, and interiors, ensuring cohesive project delivery.
- Proficiency in Project Management, including scheduling, coordination with stakeholders, and documentation.
- Relevant exposure to Software Development concepts as they relate to design tools, BIM, or integrated digital workflows is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Architecture from an accredited institution; professional licensure or registration is preferred.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design and documentation tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar), and familiarity with local building codes and regulations.
- Robust analytical, problem-solving, and detail-oriented skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
- Effective communication skills for coordinating with clients, consultants, and site teams, and presenting design concepts clearly.
