About the Role

We are looking for a creative and technically solid Architect to join our team and work on a variety of projects including luxury villas, bungalows, guest houses, hospitality projects, restaurants, commercial spaces and other developments.

The role will involve architectural design, drafting, 3D development, consultant coordination and project execution support. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of architectural detailing and be able to take a project from initial concept through drawings and execution with guidance from senior management.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop architectural concepts, layouts, plans, elevations and sections.
- Prepare detailed working drawings and construction drawings.
- Develop 3D models and design presentations.
- Coordinate architectural drawings with structural, MEP, interior and other consultants.
- Prepare drawings and documents required for project execution and approvals.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors and consultants to resolve design and execution issues.
- Conduct site visits when required for measurements, coordination and checking execution.
- Ensure work on site is carried out according to approved drawings and design intent.
- Review materials, finishes, shop drawings and samples.
- Assist in client presentations and design discussions.
- Maintain drawing revisions, project records, schedules and documentation.
- Work on multiple projects and ensure drawings and deliverables are completed on time.
- Support senior management in design development, project coordination and architectural decisions.

Required Skills

Mandatory:

- AutoCAD – strong knowledge of 2D drafting and working drawings
- SketchUp – good 3D modelling and design development




- Photoshop – presentations and basic post-production
- MS Office / Excel
- Good understanding of architectural detailing and construction
- Ability to read and coordinate structural and MEP drawings
- Knowledge of building materials, finishes and construction methods
- Good understanding of site execution and contractor coordination

Additional Skills – Advantage:

- Lumion / Enscape / V-Ray / D5
- Revit / BIM
- InDesign / Illustrator
- AI-based architectural visualization tools

Project Experience Preferred Experience in any of the following will be an advantage:

Luxury Villas | Bungalows | Residential Projects | Hospitality | Resorts | Guest Houses | Restaurants | Commercial Projects | High-Value Developments

Experience with projects similar to Savannah Serenity will be an added advantage.

Candidate Profile

- 2–4 years of relevant architectural experience
- Degree/Diploma in Architecture or relevant qualification
- Strong design and technical understanding
- Good command of AutoCAD and SketchUp
- Able to independently prepare professional architectural drawings
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Practical approach to design and execution
- Strong attention to detail
- Willing to take responsibility and learn
- Comfortable coordinating with clients, consultants, contractors and vendors

Important This is not a pure drafting or CAD operator position.

We are looking for an architect who understands design + drawings + construction + coordination and wants to be involved in real projects from design development through execution.
