We are looking for an Architect who thinks beyond conventional design and believes that every project should have its own identity.

The ideal candidate should be passionate about creating customised, sustainable and premium spaces that respond to the client's lifestyle, site conditions, climate and budget.

This is a role for someone who enjoys thinking, exploring and designing, rather than simply following standard templates.

Key Responsibilities Develop customised architectural concepts based on client requirements and site conditions. Create designs that balance aesthetics, functionality, sustainability and cost. Explore innovative and climate-responsive design solutions, particularly suited to Kerala's tropical climate.

Prepare concept designs, floor plans, elevations, sections and detailed drawings. Develop 3D models and presentations to communicate design ideas effectively. Coordinate with structural, MEP and other consultants.

Work closely with clients to understand their needs and translate them into meaningful design solutions. Prepare working drawings and coordinate with the execution/site team. Visit project sites when required and ensure design intent is maintained during execution.

Research new materials, construction techniques and sustainable design approaches. Participate in design discussions and contribute new ideas to the firm's design process.

What We Are Looking For B.Arch or equivalent qualification. Strong design and architectural thinking.



Ability to develop original and customised design concepts. Good understanding of materials, construction and detailing. Interest in sustainable and climate-responsive architecture. Good communication and presentation skills. Ability to work independently as well as as part of a team. Willingness to learn, experiment and challenge conventional ideas.

Software Skills

Knowledge of any of the following will be an advantage: AutoCAD SketchUp 3ds Max Revit Lumion / D5 / Enscape / Twinmotion Photoshop / Illustrator What You Can Expect Opportunity to work on custom-designed residential and premium projects.
