We are seeking an Architect with an interest and aptitude for urban design to work on public projects across the country. This is an opportunity to contribute to large-scale, complex projects such as waterfront developments, street design, and campus master planning.
Responsibilities
- Develop concept, schematic, tender, and detailed drawings in line with HCPs design philosophy and standards.
- Coordinate effectively with internal teams within the office.
- Collaborate with consultants, specialists, and advisors to integrate their inputs while preserving the design intent.
- Conduct site visits to assess conditions, monitor project progress, and ensure design adherence.
- Prepare explicit and compelling presentations and reports to communicate design ideas to stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with building regulations and applicable norms throughout the design process.
- Establish project timelines and consistently meet deadlines.
Education
- Bachelors degree in Architecture (required)
Experience
- 1-3 years in architecture or urban design practice.
