We are looking for passionate Aptitude & Technical Trainers who can deliver engaging, practical, and industry-oriented training sessions for college students.
Position: Aptitude Trainer
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct aptitude training sessions for college students.
- Train students in Quantitative Aptitude, Logical Reasoning, and Verbal Ability.
- Prepare students for campus placement aptitude tests and competitive assessments.
Required Skills
- Robust command of Quantitative Aptitude, Logical Reasoning, and/or Verbal Ability.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to explain concepts in a simple and engaging manner.
- Strong classroom management and student engagement skills.
- Prior placement-training experience is preferred.
Position: Technical Trainer
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct technical training sessions for engineering and technology students.
- Train students in programming and core technical concepts based on their academic branch.
- Prepare students for technical assessments and placement interviews.
- Conduct coding exercises, technical assessments, and mock interviews.
- Provide hands-on examples and industry-oriented problem-solving exercises.
- Identify learning gaps and provide individual/group guidance.
- Stay updated with current industry technologies and recruitment requirements.
Preferred Technical Skills Depending on the requirement, trainers with expertise in:
- C / C++
- Java
- Python
- SQL
- Data Structures & Algorithms
- Web Development
- JavaScript
- Cloud / DevOps
- Data Analytics
- Core Engineering Subjects
