Role Summary:

- We are seeking a highly self-motivated, passionate, and technology-driven Apprentice to join our AI & Automation team in the Asset Management and Portfolio Management Services industry. The candidate should demonstrate strong learning agility, curiosity, and the ability to independently learn a broad range of evolving AI and RPA technologies. Structured training and hands-on exposure will be provided in Artificial Intelligence (AI), Generative AI, Agentic AI, AI Agents, Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Microsoft Copilot, Power Platform, and enterprise automation technologies. The role will provide exposure to regulated financial-services processes, where accuracy, data confidentiality, governance, compliance, and operational reliability are critical. Following the training period, the candidate will actively participate in the design, development, testing, deployment, and support of automation and AI solutions across business functions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Learning & Development :
- Take ownership of continuous learning, proactively explore new AI and RPA tools, and independently build capability through structured training, self-study, experimentation, and hands-on practice.
- Complete structured training programs in AI, Automation, and Enterprise Technology platforms.

- Develop foundational knowledge of

o Artificial Intelligence (AI) o Generative AI o Agentic AI & AI Agents o Robotic Process Automation (RPA)

o Microsoft Copilot & Copilot Studio o Power Platform o Azure AI Services o Process Automation Technologies

- AI & Automation Delivery :
- Assist in identifying automation opportunities across business processes.
- Support development and testing of automation workflows and bots.




- Participate in AI use-case implementation and proof-of-concept initiatives.
- Assist in building AI Agents and intelligent automation solutions.
- Support deployment and monitoring of automation solutions.

- Business Process Analysis :
- Learn and understand business processes relevant to Asset Management and Portfolio Management Services, including investment operations, client servicing, reporting, compliance, risk, finance, and other support functions.
- Document existing business processes and workflows.
- Prepare functional and technical documentation.
- Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and solution validation activities.
- Research & Innovation :
- Research emerging technologies in AI, Automation, and Agentic AI
- Evaluate current tools and capabilities.
- Contribute ideas for innovation and process transformation.

Expected Skills:

- Basic programming knowledge (Python preferred).
- Understanding of databases and SQL.
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 applications.
- Interest in AI, Machine Learning, and Automation technologies.
- Knowledge of Power Platform, Automation Anywhere, UiPath, or similar tools is an advantage.
