Qualifications

Education and Experience

- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent experience.

- 2 to 4 years of experience in application support, IT operations, or technical support roles.

- Basic understanding of enterprise applications, APIs, and system integrations.

- Exposure to Linux systems, application monitoring tools, or database environments preferred.

- Basic SQL knowledge with exposure to Oracle or other relational databases is preferred
