- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance when necessary.

- Strong analytical skills to diagnose and resolve software issues efficiently.
- Experience in monitoring and maintaining system health using relevant tools and techniques.

- Familiarity with incident management and problem resolution processes.
