Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of system issues.
- Document and communicate findings and solutions clearly to stakeholders.
- Continuously monitor system performance and recommend improvements.
- Assist junior team members in understanding system functionalities and troubleshooting techniques.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Splunk.
- Strong knowledge of log analysis and event correlation using Splunk.
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving application and system issues.
- Ability to create and maintain dashboards and alerts for proactive monitoring.
- Familiarity with scripting and automation to enhance support processes.
- Understanding of IT infrastructure and network components related to application support.
Additional Information
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Splunk.
- This position is based at our Mumbai office.
