To manage channel application support through monitoring of system performance, assessment of business impacts and coordination of issue resolution.

Responsibilities

- Provide end-to-end application support for Mobile Banking, Internet Banking, and other digital channel applications.
- Utilize Oracle PL/SQL, MS-SQL, Windows, and Linux platforms for application support, incident analysis, and troubleshooting activities.
- Operational checks (Daily/Weekly/Monthly) as per the IT process guidelines.
- Generate and publish weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc reports, dashboards, and management updates related to application performance and support activities.
- Analyze incident trends and identify opportunities for automation, process improvement, and operational efficiency enhancements.
- Review and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), user manuals,



support documentation, and operational knowledge repositories.
- Collaborate with business users, operations teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to support channel-related initiatives and service delivery requirements.
- Ensure compliance with security policies, audit requirements, regulatory guidelines, and internal governance standards.
- Participate in Root Cause Analysis (RCA) exercises and drive implementation of corrective and preventive actions for recurring issues.

Qualifications Experience: 7 to 12 years

Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.
