What You'll Do
? Provide application support for SAP Concur systems and resolve user issues
? Troubleshoot technical problems and escalate when necessary
? Monitor system performance and recommend improvements

? Document processes, configurations,
and problem resolutions
? Train end-users on Concur functionalities as needed
What We're Looking For
✅ Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in application support and administration, Vendor Management. SaaS application administration, Incident and problem management, User access and security administration, UAT planning and execution
✅ Strong hands-on expertise in CONCUR tool
✅ Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
✅ Effective communication and interpersonal skills
✅ Experience working in fast-paced environments
