Pre-order
- Prepare all pre-order documents (Sizing calculation, SAP offer, GA Drawing, QAP, and Datasheet) as per RFQ requirements.
- Submission of Technical & commercial Offer along with documents as per RFQ requirements.
- To Update the RFQ Tracker on daily basis for work done.
- To seek clarification/communicate with customer /field sales wherever required.
- To revise the offer & resolve the Technical & commercial queries raised by customer.
Post Order
- To seek clarification/communicate with customer /field sales wherever required.
- To prepare all post-order documents (i.e. SAP sales order, GA Drawing, QAP, and Datasheet) as per Purchase order requirements.
- Customer Consultant should also perform “OIM” responsibilities based on work distribution.
- Communicate with Internal departments regarding all pre-order & Post order issues.
- To coordinate dispatch clearances with customer and field sales and create delivery and to update ready list action required.
- To facilitate order fulfillment and to communicate order status to customers/field sales.
Administrative responsibilities
To decide priorities for all pending assignments to ensure on time performance and meet document submission timeline.
To conduct internal co-ordination meetings for clarity on Post order requirements to meet customer satisfaction.
Pro-active approach towards work process improvements.
Building knowledge repository
Develop knowledge on product and SAP system which will help in better understanding of customer requirement and increase in productivity.
Qualification
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
- 1-6 years' experience in Application Engineering
- Relevant work experience in Valve/Pump/ Industrial Engineering Products
