HIRING | ENGINEER II – AUTOMOTIVE APPLICATION ENGINEERING ?
We are looking for an experienced Automotive Engineer to join our engineering team and support programs from concept/quotation through product launch , with a robust focus on fluid management systems and components .

? KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Design, develop and validate automotive products from concept to production
• Support engineering programs from quotation through launch
- Work closely with customers, account managers and platform teams to understand product requirements
• Establish design parameters considering manufacturing, fabrication, processing and assembly
- Guide designers on product development and engineering requirements
• Develop and review engineering drawings, material and performance specifications
• Conduct DFMEA, DVP&R; and design validation activities
- Coordinate prototypes, builds and product submissions
- Identify and implement solutions to complex design and engineering problems
• Simplify and standardize designs to improve quality, manufacturability and cost effectiveness
- Manage engineering program milestones and ensure objectives are achieved
Must-Have:
✅ 5+ years of automotive engineering experience
✅ Strong preference for 10+ years of relevant automotive experience
✅ Experience in 4-wheeler / passenger vehicle automotive industry
✅ Strong product design/development and application engineering experience
✅ Experience with fluid management systems/components such as:
- Fuel systems
- Oil systems
- Coolant / Water systems
- Refrigerant / HVAC systems
- Other automotive fluid-carrying assemblies/components
✅ Good understanding of DFMEA, DVP&R;, validation and product development
✅ Strong English communication and customer-facing skills
✅ Ability to work independently and manage engineering deliverables/program milestones
? Please note: We are specifically looking for experienced automotive engineers . Candidates primarily from plastics, interiors or exteriors without relevant fluid-system/product experience may not be the right fit for this requirement.

We are looking for engineers who have hands-on experience in automotive product engineering/application engineering , preferably working on fluid management products for passenger vehicles , and who can independently interact with customers and drive engineering activities from concept to launch .
