⏰ Schedule: 8 hours | 5 days/week

? Salary: As per industry standards

? Role & Responsibilities:

✅ Create engaging 2D character animations for YouTube Shorts

✅ Strong frame-by-frame 2D animation with original poses, movements & expressions

✅ Create expressive facial expressions, body movements, hand gestures & reaction poses

✅ Maintain character consistency, proportions, clothing & colours throughout animation

✅ Create convincing character acting & character interactions

✅ Work from scripts/storyboards and convert them into engaging animated scenes

✅ Create accurate lip-sync & facial animation

✅ Sync animation with voice-over, dialogue, music & sound effects

✅ Use camera movements, zooms, cuts & transitions suitable for short-form content

?️ Required Skills:

✅ Strong hands-on experience in 2D Character & Frame-by-Frame Animation





✅ Strong drawing skills with the ability to create custom poses & movements

✅ Good understanding of traditional 2D animation principles — timing, spacing, anticipation, squash & stretch, arcs, follow-through, exaggeration & easing

✅ Solid character acting, expressions & lip-sync skills

✅ Ability to maintain character consistency from frame to frame

✅ Understanding of YouTube Shorts / short-form content pacing

✅ Strong composition and staging for mobile/vertical video

✅ Ability to work with both frame-by-frame and rigged/cut-out animation

✅ Good storytelling and attention to detail

✅ Adobe After Effects

✅ Adobe Animate

✅ Adobe Illustrator / Photoshop

✅ Toon Boom Harmony

✅ Moho
