Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Anaplan & Oracle EPM Data Integration Consultant to lead the design and implementation of enterprise performance management solutions supporting financial and strategic objectives. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with Anaplan and Oracle EPM Data Integration, along with the ability to analyze business performance, translate requirements into scalable solutions, and work closely with finance and business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the design and implementation of performance management frameworks and solutions aligned with enterprise financial and strategic goals.
- Design and manage Anaplan models, planning solutions, and performance management processes.
- Develop and maintain Oracle EPM Data Integrations to ensure accurate and seamless movement of data across enterprise systems.
- Monitor and interpret KPIs, financial metrics, and business trends to identify performance gaps and improvement opportunities.
- Analyze complex datasets and translate findings into actionable insights for financial planning and decision-making.
- Drive performance improvement initiatives in collaboration with Finance and other business stakeholders.




- Gather business requirements and translate them into effective Anaplan and Oracle EPM solutions.
- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and performance tracking mechanisms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure performance metrics and planning processes are aligned with organizational objectives.
- Troubleshoot data integration and performance-related issues and ensure data accuracy and consistency.
- Prepare and present performance insights, reports, dashboards, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
- Stay updated with emerging trends and best practices in Anaplan, Oracle EPM, data integration, and enterprise performance management.

Must-Have Skills

- Hands-on experience with Anaplan
- Strong experience with Oracle EPM Data Integration
- Experience in designing and implementing enterprise performance management solutions.
- Strong understanding of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance management processes.
- Experience in data integration, data mapping, transformation, and validation.
- Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical/functional solutions.
- Experience working with Finance and business stakeholders.
