Role Description This is a full-time Analytics Engineer role focused on SQL, Python, and data transformation. The position is hybrid, based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region, with flexibility for some work-from-home days.

In this role, the Analytics Engineer will design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines, transforming raw data into reliable, analytics-ready datasets that power AI-driven automation products and internal reporting. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing ETL workflows, optimizing data models for performance, implementing data quality checks, and collaborating with data scientists, product teams, and business stakeholders to understand requirements.



The role also involves writing productive SQL and Python code, documenting data processes, supporting data warehousing initiatives, and contributing to continuous improvements in the company’s data infrastructure and analytics capabilities.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Data Engineering and Extract Transform Load (ETL) for building and maintaining robust data pipelines.
- Proficiency in Data Modeling and Data Warehousing to design scalable, well-structured analytical data stores.
- Experience in Data Analytics, including querying data, generating insights, and supporting business decision-making.
- Advanced SQL skills and hands-on experience with Python for data transformation, automation scripts, and pipeline orchestration.
- Familiarity with cloud data platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure), modern data stack tools, and version control (e.g., Git).
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Strong attention to data quality, documentation, and reproducibility of data workflows.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience with BI tools or dashboards (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker) is an advantage.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment and adapting to evolving technologies.
