Notes: New implementation: Anaplan has not yet been implemented; this role helps establish foundations, standards, initial models, and the citizen developer framework.

Role Summary: Contribute to the design, build, and administration of a new Anaplan platform within the CTO Business Applications team. Anaplan has not yet been implemented; you will help deliver the initial implementation, establish the Centre of Excellence (CoE) foundations, and support a citizen developer program, partnering with Finance, HR, Supply Chain, and IT.

Key Responsibilities:

- Implementation Support: Participate in the greenfield rollout—requirements, solution configuration, testing, cutover, and hypercare—under guidance from program leads/partners.
- Design & Build: Contribute to model design using DISCO; build modules, lists, processes, and UX pages; apply performance and usability best practices.
- Admin & Governance: Execute user/role management, selective access, SSO, workspace tasks, and ALM; help define and uphold standards, naming conventions, and change control.
- Data & Integrations: Configure and validate data feeds; support integrations with SAP SuccessFactors (HR) and other sources via CloudWorks, Anaplan Connect, APIs, or iPaaS; perform reconciliations and data quality checks.
- CoE & Citizen Development: Help stand up the Anaplan CoE (operating model, guardrails, reusable assets, templates). Mentor and support citizen model builders; develop training materials, best-practice guides,



and code reviews to ensure quality and governance.
- Stakeholder Enablement: Support workshops, demos, UAT, and training; maintain solution documentation and runbooks.
- Support & Operations: Provide L2/L3 support post go-live, manage assigned backlog items aligned to planning cycles; ensure audit readiness.

Required Qualifications:

- Anaplan Level 3 Model Builder certification (current).
- 3–5+ years hands-on Anaplan model building, including participation in at least one implementation.
- Strong Anaplan formulas/design patterns; experience with ALM, roles/rights, selective access, and UX.
- Experience integrating with HR/ERP/CRM systems; familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors data structures is a plus.
- Clear communication and collaboration skills; Agile (Scrum/Kanban) experience; aptitude for coaching/mentoring citizen developers.

Preferred:

- Progress toward Anaplan Solution Architect; Python/SQL/REST familiarity.
- Exposure to SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, SAP/Oracle ERP, Salesforce; data platforms (e.g., Snowflake/Azure) and iPaaS/ETL tools.
- Experience contributing to an Anaplan CoE; domain exposure in Workforce Planning and FP&A.;

Success Measures:

- Effective contribution to initial implementation milestones (build, test, go-live) and integration with SuccessFactors.
- Delivery of governed, reusable CoE assets; onboarding and support of citizen model builders with strong quality metrics.
- Measurable improvements in model performance, stability, and data quality; positive user feedback and SLA adherence.
- Compliance with access controls and change management.
