Position Name: ANALYST- FASTENER

Purpose of the Position

This position defines role and responsibility of Fastner Analyst is as below:-

- Responsible for supporting and release of fastener under localization for testing as per test matrix.
- Planning and preparation of test matrix as per timeline for the respective part.
- Upkeep and maintaining readiness of all Testing equipment along with calibration status all the time.
- Driving various actions along with suppliers to bring the right samples in the right times in consultation with supplier an development department .
- Discuss and review test results with respective expert from metal domain.
- Responsible for providing necessary technical inputs in case of Note 3 / Note 6 results to supplier .
- Maintain own testing proficiency through participation in round robin test plans.
- Coordination with various departments and work groups for smooth release of samples.
- Able to operate and adopt IT systems required for sampling .





Role & responsibilities

1) Efficiency

- To carrying out timely testing and verification of samples.

2) Quality

- To ensure sample preparation as per standard requirement.

- To perform test as per standard work instruction.

3) Organization

- To ensure individual Scrap management & cleanliness of working area

4) Safety

- Responsible for ensuring protected working practices

- Responsible to adhere safety instructions, chemicals handling and use of PPEs

- Responsible to upkeep knowledge of environmental policy, emergency contact numbers

- Responsible for disposal of tested parts, used chemicals, papers

5) QMS

- Monitor and maintain testing record as per test plan

6) Deliverables

- Responsible to achieve and maintain individual proficiency and Task
