Ø Responsible for getting the prescribed drugs from OT stores.
Ø Checks the correct label, expiry dates of the drugs, which are in use for anaesthesia and label them properly before giving the anaesthesia.
Ø Keeps ready the following things ready for surgery.
a) ECG machine b) Operation lights c) Blood pressure apparatus d) Boyle’s apparatus with ventilator e) Suction apparatus f) Diathermy machine etc.
Ø Helps the anesthetist in recovering the patient.
Ø Responsible for returning the remaining unused drugs to the OT stores.
Ø Responsible for cleaning and maintenance of the theatre, boyle’s apparatus and operation table after every surgery for next surgery with the help of house keeping.
Others:
Any other jobs assigned by superior due to exigencies of work.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
