Cotton Print Club is a well-established USA brand with a large SKU catalog. We are looking for an experienced Amazon Performance Marketing Specialist to take full ownership of performance marketing for the brand and help build and lead the team as we scale. This is a high-ownership role with a clear growth path into a senior leadership position for the right person.

Responsibilities

- Take end-to-end ownership of Amazon performance marketing for the brand, including Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display.
- Build and execute PPC strategy across the full account — from keyword harvesting and search-term optimization to negatives, bids, and budget management.
- Lead new product launches and manage campaign scaling as the catalog grows.
- Track and report on ACoS, TACoS, CVR, ROAS, and SKU-level profitability.
- Analyze organic vs. paid performance to inform overall account strategy.
- Manage Scale Insights and deliver structured weekly reporting.
- Apply a working knowledge of Amazon DSP, Google Ads, and Meta Ads to support a broader performance marketing view.




- Execute hands-on while also building, training, and managing a performance marketing team.
- Own outcomes independently, with the ability to set direction and make strategic calls on the account.

Requirements

- 5+ years of hands-on Amazon PPC experience, with proven experience managing US marketplace accounts.
- Demonstrated experience managing large advertising budgets and driving strategy at scale.
- Engineering background OR solid technology enthusiasm is a must.
- Strong analytical and data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Experience working with large SKU catalogs.
- A proven track record of building PPC strategy from the ground up — not just executing existing campaigns.
- Prior experience managing or mentoring a team, or a clear readiness to build and lead one.
- Ability to own outcomes end-to-end, execute hands-on, and grow into a senior leadership role over time.
- Jaipur-based or willing to relocate to Jaipur.
